All restoration work completed by Bryxemarvorkalin is covered by our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, we will address your concerns promptly and professionally.
Reporting Issues
If you notice any issues with your restored furniture, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To report an issue:

- Do not attempt repairs yourself as this may void our warranty
Resolution Process
Upon receiving your report, we will:
- Review your concerns within 2 business days
- Arrange an inspection of the furniture if necessary

- Complete any remedial work in a timely manner
Warranty Coverage
Our standard 12-month warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. This includes:
- Peeling, flaking, or bubbling of finishes under normal use

- Colour fading beyond normal weathering expectations
What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered by our warranty or return policy:

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a restoration order before work begins for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply based on materials used and work completed. We will provide a breakdown of any charges upon cancellation request.
